Business and IT Assessments help companies assess what they do and don't need technologically.

We help clients discern how well they are being served by assessing what they have and how their operation may most logically be enhanced. Specifically, we make recommendations as to where best practices can be employed or improved to mitigate project risk and improve the likelihood of a success. Using proven methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard and Root Cause Analysis, we identify areas for improvement, cost reduction and containment, and develop detailed roadmaps for revitalization with regard to information technology.

Operational Review addresses problems such as lack of profitability, inefficient operations, and inadequate systems. We provide an objective, systematic review of a company’s business strategy, technology systems, operational processes, and personnel interfaces.

Strategic Business Assessment looks at the degree to which an
initiative fits the business need and calculates anticipated return-on-investment. We provide you with an independent evaluation of your proposed business case, implementation process, and proposed technology.

Portfolio Management Assessment evaluates the current mix of software assets in relation to business process and makes recommendations for future portfolio strategy.

IT Project Assessments provide companies with an independent evaluation of their software development practices or architecture. We also look at allocation of resources, determination of priorities, measurement of project performance, and coordination of the development team in relation to best
practices.
